This Privacy Policy explains how NexClau collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects personal information when you visit our website, create an account, purchase products, access the customer portal, download software, request support, or otherwise interact with our Services.
By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the privacy practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with these terms, you should refrain from using our Services.

We may collect account and profile information, including your name, email address, login credentials, language preferences, profile settings, billing information you provide, and communications you send to us.
We may collect commercial and entitlement information, including products purchased or activated, selected plans, payment status, subscription status, promo code activity, affiliate information, payout requests, and license records.
We may collect technical and licensing information, including IP addresses, browser and device information, cookies, local storage data, machine identifiers, activation history, download history, update activity, and logs necessary to operate and protect our Services.
We may collect support-related information, including messages, screenshots, attachments, troubleshooting details, and context from AI-assisted support interactions when you use our support tools.
During authorized remote support sessions, the service provider may transmit screen, device, connection, or session information. We access only what is reasonably visible or necessary to provide the requested support. You control when the session begins and ends and should close any sensitive information unrelated to the support request
We collect information directly from you, automatically through your device and use of our Services, from payment, identity verification, authentication, and platform providers, and from affiliates or other parties when they lawfully attribute a transaction or report security-related information. We may also derive account risk, entitlement, and security indicators from the information available to us.
We use personal information to provide, authenticate, secure, maintain, and improve our Services; process purchases; manage subscriptions and licenses; deliver downloads and updates; administer promo codes, affiliate programs, and account settings; and communicate with you.
We also use information to prevent fraud, detect misuse, enforce license terms, provide customer support, monitor security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, perform analytics, maintain records, and support our day-to-day business operations.
We may share information with service providers and processors that help us operate our Services, including hosting providers, authentication services, cloud platforms, database providers, storage services, analytics providers, communication tools, customer support services, and payment partners.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable laws, respond to legal proceedings, prevent fraud, enforce our agreements, protect rights or safety, or facilitate a merger, financing, sale, acquisition, bankruptcy, or other similar business transaction.
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration, use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, or knowingly sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under applicable state privacy laws. Affiliate attribution identifies the affiliate associated with a transaction but does not authorize affiliates to receive identity documents, login credentials, or complete payment information.
Our agreements and controls with service providers are designed to limit data processing to specified business purposes. Third parties may independently collect information when you intentionally interact with their services, subject to their own privacy notices and policies.
We use cookies, local storage, session data, and similar technologies to keep users authenticated, remember preferences, support portal workflows, enhance security, track referrals, and maintain essential operational functionality.
Certain features of the customer portal may not function properly if these technologies are disabled.
We may process payment confirmations, billing records, promo code claims, activation history, device or machine identifiers, IP addresses, and other related technical information to provision products, enforce license terms, prevent abuse, investigate suspicious activity, and protect the integrity of our Services.
Manual payment processes, including methods such as Zelle, may require us to retain payment confirmations, review notes, and entitlement records for security, accounting, and customer support purposes.
We may require identity verification to confirm account ownership, prevent fraud or impersonation, investigate payment or licensing abuse, protect users and our Services, fulfill legal obligations, or review higher-risk activity.
Verification may require identifying information, a government-issued ID, a selfie or liveness check, and related metadata. This information is submitted directly to a specialized third-party provider, which processes it under its applicable privacy, security, and data retention policies.
SignalCore Lab LLC receives limited records, such as account associations, references, verification types, statuses, dates, and error or review results. We do not intentionally receive or store original document images, selfies, or biometric templates generated through the verification process.
We use this information solely for identity verification, security, fraud and abuse prevention, payment and licensing risk management, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and related operational purposes. We do not use this information for advertising or sell it to third parties.
Verification statuses and audit records may be retained for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, compliance, and recordkeeping purposes. Original documents and images are controlled by the verification provider in accordance with its own retention practices.
Where required by law, the verification process will present a separate notice and request consent before collecting identity documents, selfies, liveness data, or information derived from facial geometry. Refusing a mandatory verification may prevent access to the Store, Checkout, Tools, affected licenses, payouts, or other sensitive features. However, you may request a review or an available alternative where required by law.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Account and licensing records generally remain available while accounts or licenses are active and for a reasonable period afterward. Transaction records, consent records, tax documentation, fraud-related information, dispute records, and security logs may be retained for longer periods to meet legal obligations, address claims, and prevent recurring abuse.
When information is no longer necessary, we delete it, de-identify it, or securely archive it, unless retention is required by law, a litigation hold, an ongoing dispute, an investigation, a backup retention cycle, or fraud prevention needs.
We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no system is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for using a unique password, protecting one-time verification codes, keeping your devices secure, and notifying us of any suspicious account access. Do not send government-issued identification, full payment card details, passwords, or verification codes through ordinary messages or email.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or portability of certain personal information we maintain about you. You may also have rights to restrict or object to certain processing activities or appeal certain decisions, subject to identity verification and applicable legal exceptions.
If you are a California resident or a resident of another U.S. state with applicable privacy rights, you may be entitled to know about, access, correct, or delete certain personal information, subject to legal limitations and verification requirements.
Where applicable, you may also have the right to opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising, certain forms of profiling, or the processing of sensitive personal information. NexClau does not currently sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights, although deleting information necessary to provide a particular feature may make that feature unavailable.
To submit a privacy request, contact our support team or email support@nexclau.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority before processing your request. If we deny a request and applicable law provides a right to appeal, reply with the subject line "Privacy Appeal".
Authorized agents submitting requests on your behalf must provide sufficient documentation demonstrating their legal authority to act for you.
If you access our Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. Data protection laws in these jurisdictions may differ from those in your country of residence.
Our Services and trading products are intended for adults who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly create accounts for or sell products to individuals under the age of 18.
If you believe that a minor has provided personal information to us, please contact our support team so we can investigate and take appropriate steps to delete the information when required.
Our Services may link to or interact with third-party websites, brokers, trading platforms, market data providers, and other external tools. These third parties operate independently of NexClau, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices, policies, or data handling procedures.
We encourage you to review the applicable privacy policies of any third-party services you choose to use.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements. If a change materially expands how we use previously collected information, we will provide notice or obtain additional consent when required by applicable law.
